What's free and what's paid?
World markets, news, the heat map, stock snapshots with ARCO Rank and Radar and the calendars are free, with no account. With a free account you build your portfolio and get alerts in the bell. Premium adds ARCO Live (live charts with technical analysis), ARCO Pulse signals, the Squeeze Finder, Deep Research, ARCO Thesis, the simulator, price alerts, lists, screener, compare, emails, the newsletter and ARCO Pilot. Ultimate adds the in-depth report, the strategy lab, what options expect, changes in SEC filings, the weekly devil's advocate and the ARCO strategies. Quant adds the Quant station to build, test and follow your own strategies.
How much do Premium and Ultimate cost?
Premium costs $149 MXN and Ultimate $299 MXN (per month), in Mexican pesos; yearly, $1,490 MXN and $2,990 MXN (2 months free). You subscribe by card in the app (Plans tab) and can cancel anytime from your account: you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Does the ARCO Rank tell me what to buy?
No. It sums up each company's grades with fixed rules. It's not a buy or sell recommendation and doesn't predict the price: it helps you decide what to research.
Are ARCO Pulse signals recommendations?
No. They're the output of fixed price rules, the same for everyone, with their track record in plain sight. They don't know your situation or guarantee results: you decide whether to trade and how much. These are volatile stocks: a signal can lose, even more than the stop if the stock gaps down at the open.
What is ARCO Pilot and do I have to use it?
It's ARCO's investing algorithm. It's optional: the investor profile, the agreement and the broker connection are only requested if you decide to try it.
Does ARCO receive or manage my money?
No. If you use ARCO Pilot, your money stays in your Trading 212 or Alpaca account and the algorithm only sends orders with an API key that can't withdraw money. For now, practice accounts only.
Can I lose money?
Like any stock investment, a strategy's value goes up and down and can have significant drops. ARCO Pilot doesn't use margin, CFDs or forex, so you'll never owe money, and you can pause it anytime.
What is ARCO Quant?
The top plan: a station to build strategies from factors, test them over 10 years (with robustness tests) and follow them live every Monday. It includes everything in Ultimate. They're rules you choose: ARCO doesn't tell you what to buy.
What languages is ARCO in?
Spanish, English, Portuguese and French: the app, emails, alerts and the PDFs you download. Change it with the globe button at the top.
Where does the data come from?
From public sources: market prices, companies' SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and 13F), FINRA and official releases. Every screen explains what it measures and by which rules.
What is the Founders program?
The first 250 accounts that pay for any plan get a numbered badge forever, keep their price as long as they keep paying without interruption (even if prices go up), get priority support and try new features before anyone else. Full terms are in Plans.
How do I pay and cancel?
By credit or debit card (also Apple Pay or Google Pay) on Stripe's secure page: ARCO never sees your card details. Cancel in Account → Manage subscription, no calls needed; if you need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), request it there.
